The telescopic handle supporting tube can contract to be accordant with the upper edge of the basket; the saddle supporting and folding mechanism can be contracted, folded and adhered to the telescopic rear wheel installation tube; and the telescopic rear wheel installation tube can drive the connected components to be contracted to the lower part of the chassis and causes the rear wheel to be arranged below the handle to form a wheelbarrow. Before being folded, the bicycle is a whole one which can be ridden especially to go shopping. After arriving at the shopping malls, the bicycle can be turned into the wheelbarrow by slightly folding which can be pulled into the shopping malls to go shopping. The purchased goods can be put into the basket until being pulled out of the shopping malls. After going out of the shopping malls, the wheelbarrow can be turned back into the bicycle again which can be ridden to go home, which is very convenient and trouble-saving.
