The predetermined condition is that new SNCP protection group and SNCP protection group shares common access and SNCP business intersects the second access of new SNCP protection group, and that SNCP configuration of SNCP protectiongroup is modified while SNCP intersection relation is not changed in predetermined processing. The invention can reduces transient interruption times of SNCP business.
