The input processing device displays a handwriting tool board (30) and a word input tool board (40) on the display picture. The input area (32) of the handwriting tool board (30) is displayed with a restricting frame (50) which simulates the shape of the input board (7). If a finger contacting the input board is moved, the line according to the track of finger is drawn in the restricting frame (50) and the word, mark and pattern are input.
