Abstract

The invention provides a touch-control display device and a method for identifying a plurality of press contacts. The touch-control display device comprises a control module and a resistance-type touch-control panel, wherein the resistance-type touch-control panel comprises a first conducting layer and a second conducting layer; and the first conducting layer and the second conducting layer have a first electrode, a second electrode, a third electrode and a fourth electrode. The method comprises the following steps: when the first conducting layer and the second conducting layer have a plurality of press contacts, two electrodes to which voltage is applied are repeatedly selected in an unrepeatable combination mode; two voltage values are acquired from the rest electrodes, so as to acquire a plurality of voltage values; a plurality of equivalent resistance values are figured out according to the voltage values; and the positions of a plurality of the press contacts are figured out. The method ensures that the touch-control display device can simultaneously identify a plurality of press contacts and perform subsequent relevant operation, so as to provide more manifold control modesfor users to operate.
