The preparation method comprises the following processes: i), weighing the raw material medicines by weight parts of: Ligusticum wallichii 120 parts, Chinese angelica 190 parts, Cyperus Rotundus L. 160 parts, rhizoma corydalis 120 parts, Fructus Foeniculi 90 parts and bitter organe 90 parts, and grinding; adding 10-15 times of water to the above raw material medicines, distilling and extracting the volatile oil; ii), adding the obtained volatile oil into a solvent, adding cosolvent at same time, fully stirring, adding borneol and/or camphor, fully stiring, and adding transdermal absorbent; iii), applying the applied slurry onto cloth, covering with a lining film, cutting and packaging.
