[0017] Yellow LED lights (about 590nm), blue LED lights (400-520nm), green LED lights (520-570nm), red LED lights (620-700nm), white LEDs (light-emitting diode multi-color mixed spectral bands) ) and incandescent lamps as light sources for photosynthetic bacteria growth and hydrogen production.

[0018] Put the hydrogen production medium into a vacuum reaction bottle with a volume of 1000ml, insert the photosynthetic bacteria liquid with a volume concentration of 5%, seal it with a rubber stopper, and apply an appropriate amount of paraffin on the bottle mouth, and insert the airway tube To the remaining space at the top of the reaction bottle. Wrap the light-emitting diode spectrum bands of different colors on the corresponding reaction vials, fix them with tape, and then wrap them tightly with tinfoil on the outer layer. In order to ensure that the experiment runs in a relatively stable environment with minimal error, the experimental device is placed in an incubator. The ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing hydrogen, in particular to a method for preparing hydrogen by using photosynthetic bacteria. The method takes a light emitting diode (LED) as a light source to radiate the photosynthetic bacteria, so that the hydrogen is produced. An LED lamp is adopted to be taken as a photosynthetic bacteria hydrogen producing source, and an LED spectral band has the advantages of long service life, slow light decay, convenient installation and easy control, and can provide stable and even light source for the photosynthetic bacteria. Furthermore, as the LED is little in electric power consumption, the cost for producing hydrogen is saved. Compared with an electric incandescent lamp, the LED lamp with monochromatic source has remarkable promoting effect on increasing the hydrogen volume produced from the photosynthetic bacteria.

Description

(1) Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for producing hydrogen, in particular to a method for producing hydrogen by photosynthetic bacteria. (2) Background technology [0002] The continuous and rapid increase of energy consumption and the limited production of fossil energy are a contradiction in the development of human society. In 2007, China's total energy consumption reached 2.65 billion tons of standard coal, accounting for half of the growth in global energy consumption, making China the second largest energy consumer in the world. During the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" period, the average annual growth rate of energy consumption in my country was 11.3%. Especially in 2003 and 2004, the annual growth rate of energy consumption reached 15.3% and 16.1% respectively, and the elastic coefficient of energy consumption was as high as 1.5 and 1.59. Such high energy consumption has resulted in extremely tight supply of energy production and transportation, a ...
