Because a medicament for sterilizing, diminishing inflammation and treating diseases by applying the meat skins of the domestic animals in the field of the medicaments has not been recorded and reported in related data in historical materials yet, the invention discloses novel application of the meat skins of the domestic animals in the field of medicaments, namely application in preparing medicaments for diminishing inflammation and sterilizing and application in preparing medicaments for killing staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans in the field of medicaments. The method for preparing the medicaments for sterilizing and diminishing inflammation comprises the following steps: deoiling and washing the meat skins of the domestic animals, and putting the meat skins into a container; and adding acetic acid 10 to 20 times of the meat skins to soak the meat skins at room temperature until the meat skins are dissolved, and obtaining liquid for sterilizing and diminishing inflammation. The invention has the advantages that the average bacteriostasis rate for the candida albicans is 97.66 percent, and the average bacteriostasis rate for the staphylococcus aureus is 98.94 percent.
