Abstract

The invention provides a liquid steel pre-deoxidizing technology in a steelmaking revolving furnace, belonging to the technical field of metallurgical steel making for solving the problem that the common deoxidizing technology of the revolving furnace can not reduce FeO content in the final steel slag of the revolving furnace. The technical scheme is as follows: the technology is carried out on the final liquid steel when revolving furnace semi-steel steel making or revolving furnace liquid-steel steel making. The technology comprises the following steps of: a. at the final smelting of the steel making revolving furnace, adding with carbon-containing deoxidizing materials or silicon-containing deoxidizing materials into slag liquid surface of the revolving furnace; b. after adding the deoxidizing materials into the revolving furnace, injecting nitrogen into the revolving furnace to be taken as power source to carry out pre-deoxidization; and c. after injecting the nitrogen, tapping steel after reaction in the revolving furnace is steady.
