Embodiment Construction

[0045] figure 1 is a schematic view of an electric motor 1 with a stator 2 and a rotor 3 . The rotor 3 is non-rotatably connected to a shaft 4 which is supported in a bearing housing 5 so as to be axially and radially rotatable about an axis 37 . The bearing housing 5 is part of a compressor part 6 of a refrigeration compressor, which is not otherwise shown in detail.

[0046] The rotor 3 has a rotor core 7 made of a plurality of sheet metal elements 8 which will be explained further in connection with the following figures. The sheet metal element 8 forms a magnetically permeable material. However, the sheet metal elements 8 are electrically insulated with respect to each other.

[0047] The stator 2 also has a stator core lamination 9 with a plurality of metal sheets 10 which are stacked one above the other in the axial direction. An air gap 11 is provided between the stator 2 and the rotor 3 . The principle design of such an electric motor 1 is known per se.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a rotor and a rotor lamination structure for producing the rotor of an asynchronous motor. Specifically, a method for producing the rotor of the asynchronous motor is provided, wherein, a rotor core (7) is formed by stacked sheet material metal elements(8), openings of the stacked sheet material metal elements (8) are laminated one another to form aslit, in which the conductive materials are cast to form short circuit rings (12, 13) at two front sides of the rotor core (7). For the realization of good efficiency and mass production, an annular channel (20) surrounding a central axis (370 is arranged in the region of the axial end of the rotor core(7), and has an opening in the direction of axial end and is filled with conductive materials, and a radial inner wall (25) of the annular channel (20) is removed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a rotor for an asynchronous electric motor, wherein a rotor core is made consisting of stacked sheet metal elements, openings arranged to overlap each other to form slots in which electrical conductors are cast Inner, thereby forming short-circuit rings on both front sides of the rotor core. [0002] Furthermore, the invention also relates to a rotor lamination for the manufacture of an asynchronous motor rotor comprising several stacked sheet metal elements and openings arranged overlapping each other to form slots. Background technique [0003] In an asynchronous motor, a rotating magnetic field is generated in the stator windings. The rotating magnetic field induces a current in the rotor which generates a magnetic field. In short, the rotating magnetic field from the stator then carries the magnetic field in the rotor, causing the rotor to start turning. In this connection, the rotor core of the...
