Abstract

The invention provides a manufacturing method of insert moldings. The manufacturing method of an insert molding comprises the following steps: providing an injection mould, wherein the injection mouldcomprises a female mould and a male mould which is matched with the female mould, one of the female mould or the male mould is provided with a mould cavity, and the other one is provided with a mouldcore and a sprue which penetrates into the mould core; providing a special material insert, wherein the special material insert is provided with a through hole; putting the special material insert onthe mould core, aligning the through hole and the sprue and forming a passage; combining the female mould and the male mould, forming a mould chamber by the mould cavity and the mould core and positioning the special material insert into the mould chamber; and injecting molten thermoplastic plastics into the mould chamber from the passage, forming a plastic component after cooling the molten thermoplastic plastics, combining plastic component and the special material insert into a whole and forming the insert molding .
