Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring the counting change frequency of an error counter of a path in a specified time, wherein the counting change does not comprise the reset change of the error counter; judging whether the counting change frequency is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value; and if so, when the path is in an activated state currently, setting the path to be in a de-activated state. The device comprises an acquiring module, ajudging module and a first setting module.
