Embodiment Construction

[0017] Concrete operation steps of the present invention are as follows:

[0018] 1) Mix 38-45% pine wood chips, 35-40% plant stalks and branches, 18-22% rice bran, 0.5-1% sucrose, and 0.5-1% plaster of paris after crushing , add water and stir evenly, mix it into culture material, put it into a polyethylene bag to make a cultivation bag, the amount of water added is 60% of the prepared dry material,

[0019] 2) Sterilize the cultivated fungus bag at 0.1373MPa pressure and 126°C for 2 hours, or sterilize it with circulating steam at 100°C for 8-10 hours, and cool it for later use.

[0020] 3) Inoculate the Poria cocos strain into the sterilized cultivation bag, and then place it in a greenhouse at 25°C to 28°C to cultivate the Poria cocos mycelium,

[0021] 4) When the Poria cocos mycelium grows and develops in the cultivation fungus bag and is full of the fungus bag, carry out field-covered soil cellar planting, the method is in the cultivation field, excavate the cultivatio...

Abstract

The invention provides a cultivating method of a poria cocos bag material and relates to a method for cultivating poria cocos without using pine-wood. The method comprises the following steps: grinding the plant straws or branches, mixing evenly with pine wood chips, rice bran, sucrose, calcined gypsum and the like, and manufacturing into a bacteria bag; inoculating the poria cocos strain after the bacteria bag is sterilized and then is placed in a greenhouse to cultivate poria cocos hypha; embedding into a cultivation cellar when the poria cocos bacteria hypha grows and the bacteria bag is filled with the poria cocos bacteria hypha; selecting the intensive part of the hypha body in the bacteria bag to inoculate a small block of tender fresh poria cocos sclerotium block; then earthing and encapsulating the cellar; leading the poria cocos hypha in the fresh sclerotium block to recover the vitality, and fusing with the hypha body in the cultivating bacteria bag to form sclerotium primordium, then growing to form newly born sclerotium. The invention utilizes plant straws or branches rich in cellulose and hemicellulose, pine wood chips, rice bran, sucrose and the like to manufacture into the cultivation bacteria bag to substitute pine wood, thus not only turning waste into wealth, effectively protecting pinery resources, but also needing only 3 to 4 months for the picking time, thereby being beneficial for the circulating and comprehensive utilization of the cultivation site and enlarging the production of poria cocos.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for cultivating poria cocos without pine wood. Background technique [0002] Poria cocos is a traditional Chinese medicinal material commonly used in my country and a resource for both medicine and food. It is widely used in clinical formulas of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese patent medicines and health food raw materials. [0003] The species source of Poria cocos is Poria cocos (Schw.) Wolf, a polyporaceae fungus. The medicinal part is its sclerotium. [0004] The wild resource of Poria cocos in my country is scarce, and the distribution is sporadic and scattered, so it is difficult to excavate. For a long time, poria cocos products have been cultivated and provided by farmers in the producing areas. [0005] Theoretical basis of Poria cocos cultivation: (1) the life habit of Poria cocos fungus: take cellulose, hemicellulose as nutrient source camp saprophytic life; Form "mycelium clumps", and then transfo...
