The method comprises the following steps that: a broadband remote access server of a DSL network receives a request message transmitted by a mobile terminal through an access gateway, wherein the request message carries the terminal information and the access position information of the mobile terminal; and the broadband remote access server authenticates the mobile terminal according to the terminal information and the access position information and allots an IP address for the mobile terminal.
