Abstract

The present invention discloses a resource management method, a network equipment, a user equipment and a system, belonging to communication field. The method comprises: configuring the information of a virtual cell set at the network side; sending the configured information of the virtual cell set to user equipment (UE). The network equipment comprises a first configuration module and a sending module. The user equipment comprises a receiving module and a processing module. The system comprises network equipment. The technical proposal has the advantages that the introduction of the virtual cell set makes high-level resources effectively shared; compared with the existing configuration method of multiple cells, the present invention does not need to additionally configure the information of multiple cell and largely simplifies resource management during the communication between UE and multiple cells.
