Problems solved by technology

The current denitrification reaction wall needs an external carbon source to maintain the growth of bacteria. Whether the organic matter in it will dissolve into the water and then enter the groundwater to cause secondary pollution of the groundwater is also a very important issue in its safety evaluation.

Embodiment Construction

[0042] Further illustrate the present invention below in conjunction with embodiment and accompanying drawing

[0043] An example of a functional biological immobilization in-situ remediation method for groundwater nitrogen pollution was verified in shallow groundwater in a city in Jiangsu Province. The implemented system structure is as follows figure 1 shown.

[0044] The steps of the in situ repair method are as follows:

[0045] (1) Preparation of immobilized materials

[0046] Inorganic mineral materials with inorganic nitrogen adsorption function are selected, including zeolite, palygorskite, and diatomaceous earth, and are sintered at high temperature according to the optimal ratio to form particles with different particle sizes and roundness, which are used as the substrate for nitrogen-removing microbial adsorption. The optimized materials screened in the early stage are mixed according to a certain mass ratio, and the materials are condensed together by adding a bi...

Abstract

The invention discloses a functional biological fixation in-situ remediation method for underground water polluted by nitrogen, belonging to the field of underground water remediation. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing immobilized materials; separately gathering autotrophy denitrifying bacteria; immobilizing microbes; and carrying out embedding and running processing on an immobilized carrier in the well completion process. The immobilized materials are obtained by selecting an optimal carrier material to prepare an adsorbent, and the denitrifying microbes are gathered from a primitive environment, immobilized and then placed into the primitive environment, the bacteria is ensured to exist and propagate in a stratal environment and the reaction residence time is controlled by controlling the water yield of a pumping well, thereby achieving the optimal denitrifying effect; in addition, the invention has obvious demonstration effect on processing the nitrogen-pollution of the underground water and good processing effect and is suitable for being popularized to wide underground water regions polluted by nitrogen.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an in-situ restoration method for groundwater polluted by inorganic nitrogen, more specifically an in-situ restoration method for groundwater nitrogen based on functional biological fixation. Background technique [0002] Today, surface water sources are generally polluted, and groundwater pollution is also becoming more and more prominent. In terms of pollution elements, nitrogen pollution has become the most common pollution factor of surface water and groundwater (especially shallow groundwater). Inorganic nitrogen in groundwater mainly includes ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen. [0003] The control of inorganic nitrogen pollution in groundwater is affected by the physical and chemical properties of inorganic nitrogen itself, its migration characteristics, the characteristics of aquifer media, the microbial populations in groundwater, and the instability of groundwater environmental conditions, result...
