The kit comprises a RT-PCR (reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction) reaction buffer solution, enterovirus 70-type (EV70) and Coxackie A24-type virus variant (CA24v) specific forward and reverse primer and fluorescent probe mixed liquor necessary for PCR amplification, a RT-PCR reaction enzyme system, DEPC H2O (diethyl pyrocarbonate) and EV70 and CA24v positive controls as well as negative controls.
