In the pressurizing and pushing device, an upper connector is connected with the upper part of an outer barrel, the lower part of the outer barrel is connected with a lower connector, a lane liquid-transmitting connector is installed in the outer barrel, the lower part of the lane liquid-transmitting connector is connected with a cylinder sleeve, a large piston is installed in the cylinder sleeve, a small piston is installed in the lower connector, a large piston seal ring is installed between the large piston and the cylinder sleeve, a small piston seal ring is installed between the small piston and the lower connector, the outer barrel is provided with an inlet hole, the lane liquid-transmitting connector is provided with a radial hole, a channel and a vertical communication hole, the lower part of the large piston is provided with a hollow cavity, and an annular channel is arranged between the cylinder sleeve and the outer barrel. When the sleeve pipe is pressurized from the inside, the upper end of the large piston and the lower end of the small piston bear the pressure of the sleeve pipe, the lower end surface of the large piston bears the pressure in an oil pipe, and the pressure of the sleeve pipe is larger than the pressure of the oil pipe, so that a force for pushing the pistons downwards can be produced to provide a push force to underground equipment so as to enable the equipment to work.
