Abstract

The invention discloses a device for detecting and removing impurities from drinks, which comprises a detection control device, an impurity detection channel and CCD cameras arranged on two sides of the impurity detection channel, wherein the impurity detection channel consists of a row of parallel transparent runner pipes communicated with a distributing device; the tail end of each runner pipe is provided with a three-way valve; a control circuit of the three-way valve is connected with the detection control device; and two outlet ends of the three-way valve are respectively connected with an impurity outlet and a drink outlet. In the technical scheme, before the drinks are filled, the drinks are detected, and duplication of labor and waste are avoided; the parallel runner pipes are easily shot by the CCD cameras, the detection accuracy is high, the detection speed is high, and accurate removal is facilitated; the impurities are separated and removed by switching the flowing direction of the three-way valve, and the waste is avoided; and a drink communicating channel is fully enclosed so as not to cause pollution and to ensure food safety.
