An adjusting device for adjusting position of at least one optical relative component of a vehicle headlamp comprises a main sliding component and a second sliding component; the sliding components can be arranged in a sliding guide component in a displaced way, and the sliding component are parallel with each other; and the at least one optical relative component is arranged on the main sliding component by a connector in a hinge way, and is arranged on the second sliding component through another connector in the hinge way, wherein a main shaft which cannot axially displace is installed in the sliding guide component to rotate; the main shaft is provided with threaded portions which mesh with the main sliding component through corresponding reverse screw thread; a second shaft is further provided with is installed to rotate and axially displace relative to the sliding guide component, wherein the second shaft is provided with the threaded portions which mesh with the second sliding component through the corresponding reverse screw thread; and wherein a linking device for linking the main sliding component and the second shaft by the following ways is provided.
