A cutting mechanism is formed in a mode that a plurality of disk-type blades are arranged on a shaft. The distance among the disk-type blades is equal to the distance among the feed seams. In the squid ring cutting machine provided by the invention, a disk-type blade group (4) is matched with the material base fixed on the conveying belt, and the material base is provided with the squid tube accommodating groove and the plurality of feed seams, so when the conveying belt moves forwards, the material base bears a squid tube through the squid tube accommodating groove and the feed seams are intersected with the blades; therefore, the squid tube is cut.
