Abstract

The eccentric (10) drives a piston (11) that is extended and retracted in a cylinder (15) and defines a pressure chamber (17) filled with a fluid, where ratio of extension and retraction speed of the piston in the cylinder is adapted to a shape of the eccentric so that a defined leakage of fluid is set from the pressure chamber.
