The preparation method of the medicinal oil comprises the following steps of adding the rehmannia, the cortex moutan, the lithospermum, the red peony root, the picria fel-terrae, the cortex dictamni, and the great burdock achene into the peanut oil to soak for 5 days; then heating to 100-150 DEG C; dry frying the medicines; filtering herb residues; and respectively filling into bottles to reserve after the medicinal oil is cooled.
