Problems solved by technology

[0006] iminoctadine or its acid addition salt and hexaconazole can be used as fungicides for botrytis cinerea and powdery mildew respectively, but the effectiveness of these compounds may not meet the control requirements under the conditions of continuous occurrence of botrytis cinerea and powdery mildew. Different degrees of drug resistance have been produced in the process, and there is a defect that the treatment effect is declining year by year
[0007] Regarding the compounding of iminoctadine or its acid addition salt and hexaconazole, there are no related reports at home and abroad

Embodiment 1

[0065] Toxicity determination and ratio screening of bis-octaguanide salt and hexaconazole against cucumber powdery mildew indoors The indoor toxicity of different ratios of bis-octaguanide salt and hexaconazole to cucumber powdery mildew was determined by spraying method.

[0066] According to Sun Yunpei's method, the toxicity index of each agent and the co-toxicity coefficient (CTC value) of the mixture are calculated. When CTC≤80, the composition exhibits antagonistic effect; when 80

[0067] Measured Toxicity Index (ATI) = (standard drug EC 50 / Test agent EC 50 )X100

[0068] Theoretical Toxicity Index (TTI) = Toxicity Index of Agent A X The Percentage of A in the Mixture + Toxicity Index of B Agent X The Percentage of B in the Mixture

[0069] Co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) = [mixture measured toxicity index (ATI) / mixture theoretical toxicity index (...

Abstract

The invention discloses a bactericide composition with a synergized action, which relates to a bactericide composition with a synergized action for agriculture and horticulture. The composition comprises a compound A, namely 1,1'-imino di(1,8-octane) diguanidine (iminoctadine for short) or acid addition salt of the compound A and a compound B, namely 2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-1-[1,2,4] triazole-1-radical-hexylene-2-alcohol (hexaconazole for short), wherein the mass ratio of the compound A to the compound B is 1:20 to 20:1; the compound A and the compound B account for 5-80 percent by mass of thebactericide composition; and the compound A and the compound B are mixed with a liquid carrier or a solid carrier and/or a surfactant. The invention also discloses the application of the bactericide composition with the synergized action to the prevention and control of crop diseases.

Description

technical field [0001] The synergistic fungicide composition of the invention relates to a synergistic fungicide composition for agriculture and gardening. This composition contains 1,1'-iminobis(1,8-octylene)biguanide (iminoctadine for short) or its acid addition salt and 2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-1- [1,2,4]triazol-1-yl-hexan-2-ol (referred to as hexaconazole). Background technique [0002] Powdery mildew is a worldwide disease that occurs widely on many important crops, causes serious damage, and is difficult to control. A variety of pathogenic fungi of the Ascomycota subphylum can cause powdery mildew, and there are many types of pathogenic crops. This type of bacteria can germinate when the temperature reaches 10-30°C, and the spores can germinate, and the humidity requirement is not high. Under normal circumstances, an infection cycle can be completed in 10 days; therefore, the crops can be repeatedly infected many times in one growing season. Once the characteristics o...
