A stress application cylinder is fixed to the lower base plate, and the piston rod of the stress application cylinder passes through the lower base plate and then is fixedly connected with the lower supporting plate. The stroke of the stress application cylinder is greater than or equal to the sum of the maximal adjustment mould stroke and the stress application stroke. Two opening and closing mould cylinders are at a diagonal position of the upper lock ring base and are fixedly connected with the base. The tops of the opening and closing mould cylinders are connected with the upper lock ring base.
