Abstract

The invention relates to a folding head-free bang weaving device and bang preparation process. The folding head-free bang weaving device comprises a bang weaving workbench, wherein a two-needle machine for uniformly feeding one regulated end of a hairpiece bundle into a head line breaking part, and a first flanging machine and a second flanging line for flanging the folding head of a breaking line are arranged on the bang weaving workbench in sequence; a glue box for adding bang glue between a secondary flanged surface which is subjected to secondary flanging and a bang surface is arranged behind the second flanging machine; and a hair-clipper, shears or a blade for cutting folding heads is arranged on a hairpiece bang path between the two-needle machine and the first flanging machine. Bangs produced by using the weaving device have compact and attractive appearances, and are more comfortable for wearing when being prepared into headgears, hairpieces are more natural and vivid, and the output value and profit are increased under the condition of not increasing cost.
