Abstract

Systems, networks, devices, and methods for developing, implementing, and sharing lighting profiles among controllable lighting networks are disclosed. A network (101, 601, 701, 801, 808) according to the present disclosure stores lighting profiles developed for the network in a remote data store (802). Other networks (301) access remote data stores to select existing profiles for implementation. Systems, networks, devices, and methods for sharing user preferences among controllable lighting networks are also disclosed. A network according to the present disclosure may access a shared remote data store (112) to determine a user's preferences after sensors in the network detect the user's presence. In this way, individual lighting networks can take advantage of known user preferences or learned behavioral and environmental conditions in order to adapt themselves more effectively to such behaviours, preferences or conditions.
