The basic functions of the main packet meet requirement of the conventional operation of the App; the downloading function meets the further requirements of the user; the user can acquire the using experience of the App in a short time because the volume of the main packet is greatly reduced; and each advanced function can be downloaded and transmitted only when the user requires the advanced function, so the using requirements of the user are met better and unnecessary downloading time occupation is avoided.
