Abstract

The invention discloses a paper machine oil (PMO) composition and a preparation method thereof. Each kilo of PMO composition consists of the following raw material components: 980 to 982 grams of base oil, 13 to 14 grams of extreme pressure antiwear agent, 1.0 to 2.0 grams of antioxidant, 0.4 to 0.5 gram of metal deactivator, 3.0 to 3.5 grams of antirusting agent, 0.08 to 0.16 gram of demulsifierand 0.0005 to 0.001 gram of anti-foaming agent. The production method comprises the following steps of: mixing each piece of component oil of the base oil; heating to 50 to 60 DEG C and stirring for 2 hours; adding the anti-foaming agent and stirring for 2 hours; after the anti-foaming agent is completely dispersed, adding other additives; and stirring at the temperature of between 70 and 80 DEG C for 4 hours to obtain the PMO composition with excellent copper corrosion inhibitive ability, demulsibility, filterability, oxidation stability, extreme pressure wear resistance and rust resistance.
