According to the invention, a groove is arranged at a bottom in a cylindrical shell (13); a square frustum insulation pad (14) is installed in the groove; a square pressure head (15) is installed on the insulation pad (14); a square coal rock sampling (16) is arranged on the square pressure head (15); a square pressure head (15) and an insulation pad (14) are arranged on the square coal rock sampling body (16), wherein the square pressure head (15)and the insulation pad (14) are respectively the same as the ones under the square coal rock sampling body (16); compressed nuts (4) are arranged on circular beads of position sleeves (3) and are used for threaded connection of the position sleeves (3) on the cylindrical shell (13) fixedly; center holes (1-2) are arranged in a pressure bar; conductive screws (12) are fixed on the cylindrical shell (13); insulation sleeves I (8) are arranged at sealing bolts (7) and insulation sleeves II (9) are arranged at the conductive screws (12).
