Abstract

The invention provides a preheating device for a film, which comprises a preheat roll, an electrical heated tube and oil tubes, wherein the preheat roll is internally provided with a cavity; the cavity is internally provided with the electrical heated tube; the middle parts of rotating shafts at two ends of the preheat roll are hollowed and are sleeved with the oil tubes; and the oil tubes at two ends are respectively provided with an oil valve. According to the preheating device for the film provided by the invention, the electrical heated tube is arranged in the cavity in the preheat roll, and the oil tubes are sleeved in the rotating shafts at the left and the right ends, so that oil enters into the preheat roll from end and flows out from the other end. When heating is required, the oil valves are closed, and the electrical heated tube is opened, so that the oil temperature rises to the working temperature; and when the temperature is overhigh, the oil valves can be adjusted, so that hot oil is flowed out, and the oil temperature is reduced to be the needed temperature.
