The invention relates to high-speed cutting-boring balancing equipment and an adjusting method thereof, wherein the high-speed cutting-boring balancing equipment is mainly formed in a way of matching a boring device in a superfine-adjusting structure which is assembled through utilizing a movable balancing-knife handle with the high-speed cutting-boring balancing equipment of which the central position is additionally provided with an extension rod, a knife seat, a knife-seat screw and a lead nut, a knife-diameter measuring-instrument lock is arranged on the extension rod to accurately and finely adjust a required size, the boring range can be increased by replacing the knife seats in different sizes to further greatly decrease the required fine-adjusting quantity of boring, the boring is coarsely adjusted to be approximate to a required processing hole diameter, 0.05mm to 0.1mm of cutting quantity is reserved, then the required processing reserving quantity can be super-finely adjusted in double directions by adjusting the superfine-adjusting structure of the boring device, the precision is 0.001mm of displacement when rotating for a graduation each time, and the processing depth is increased through an extension-rod body.
