Abstract

The invention relates to a semiconductor device and a manufacturing method thereof. The semiconductor device includes: a semiconductor element; a pad electrode formed on the semiconductor element; an alignment mark formed on the semiconductor element; a connection electrode formed on the pad electrode; A filling resin is formed to cover the connection electrodes, wherein a height of the alignment mark from the semiconductor element is larger than a height of the connection electrodes.
