Problems solved by technology

This type of contrast agent can significantly improve the relaxation performance, but the size of the material is large, the monodispersity is poor, and the paramagnetic metal ions are easy to leak, resulting in high toxicity of the material
These shortcomings limit further research on the combination of inorganic carriers with paramagnetic metals as MRI contrast agents for clinical applications

Embodiment 1

[0026] Add 100 mg of nano-zeolite SOD from which the organic template has been removed to 10 mL of 0.04 M GdCl 3 solution; 2 drops of 0.1 M HCl was added dropwise to adjust the pH of the system to 5.5, and the system was homogenized by ultrasonication.

[0027] Seal the system and transfer it to a microwave reactor, set the irradiation temperature to 140 o C, the irradiation time is 10 minutes, and the maximum irradiation power is 100 watts. After the reaction, cool to room temperature, centrifuge the product at 16000 r / min, discard the supernatant, and wash repeatedly until the supernatant is dripped with silver nitrate solution and no white flocculent precipitate appears.

Embodiment 2

[0029] Carry out the experiment with the method similar to embodiment 1, but change the microwave irradiation temperature into 160 o c.

Embodiment 3

[0031] Carry out the experiment with the method similar to embodiment 1, but change the microwave irradiation temperature into 180 o c.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of nanometer materials and particularly discloses a microwave-assisted method for preparing a nano-zeolite magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent. The method comprises the following steps of: digesting an organic template agent in synthesized nano-zeolites under the assistance of microwaves, and adding into a transition metal or rare-earth metal ionsolution at certain concentration; regulating the pH value by using hydrochloric acid; putting into a microwave reactor, and performing microwave irradiation; and finally, repeatedly washing to obtain nano-zeolites exchanged by transition metals or rare-earth metals which can be taken as a magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent. The method is easy to operate, equipment is simple, and the reaction is quick. A paramagnetic, ferromagnetic or superparamagnetic magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent can be prepared; and the contrast agent is small in particle size, high in water solubility, monodispersity, stability and relaxivity, and low in toxicity. The magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent has potential clinical application value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of nanometer materials, and in particular relates to a preparation method of a magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent. Background technique [0002] Modern molecular imaging technology is based on high-resolution imaging at the cellular level. Among them, magnetic resonance imaging has been rapidly developed and widely used due to its advantages such as high resolution, no ionizing radiation damage to the human body, and multi-parameter imaging. In order to improve the sensitivity and specificity of MRI diagnosis, enhance the signal contrast and improve the resolution of soft tissue images, people began to study MRI contrast agents. The types of contrast agents include paramagnetic contrast agents, ferromagnetic contrast agents and superparamagnetic contrast agents. Most of the contrast agents currently used in clinical practice are paramagnetic contrast agents, which have the disadvantages of low relaxa...
