Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for measuring spray volume spatial distribution of variable rate spray. The device comprises a spray unit and a spray volume collection unit, wherein the spray unit is used for spraying a liquid; the spray volume collection unit comprises spray collection grooves, a cover plate provided with a gap, and a measuring container; the cover plate is positioned on the spray collection grooves; the measuring container is positioned below the spray collection grooves; the liquid on the spray collection grooves flows into the measuring container below through groove holes on the spray collection grooves; and the cover plate moves on the spray collection grooves to measure the spray volumes at different positions on the spray surface. The measuring method comprises the following steps of: mounting a spray volume measuring device and collecting the spray volume through the gap of the cover plate. By the device, the cover plate with the gap moves on the spray collection grooves to measure the spray volumes at different positions of the spray surface, spray volume distribution maps of the variable rate spray in a two-dimensional space and a three-dimensional space can be established for intuitive display, and a method and a basis for evaluating a pesticide spraying effect are provided.
