A traditional power monitoring system has an IEC61850 communication function and realizes seamless butt joint with an IED (Intelligent Electronic Device) in a transformer substation; the digital power monitoring system disclosed by the invention can receive and process remote monitoring data, remote signaling data, remote pulse data and the like, and can process control commands of remote control, constant value operation and the like of a background monitoring system downloaded to the IED.
