Abstract

The invention discloses a circuit stability compensation method which is used to calibrate an impedance measurement device possessing a feedback circuit. The circuit stability compensation method comprises the following steps: providing first standard impedance so as to execute a first measuring program; providing second standard impedance so as to execute second measuring program; calculating one phase shift of the feedback circuit through measuring results of the first measuring program and the second measuring program; executing a calibration program based on the phase shift, wherein the calibration program adjusts the frequency response characteristic of the impedance measurement device. Thereby, by using the method of the invention, the impedance measurement device is not restricted by the feedback circuit and a test cable.
