A communication subsystem in the system comprises an alarm message buffer processing module and a terminal side message presentation module; the alarm message buffer processing module is used for buffering an alarm message from an alarm message sender, and executing following one or more operations after receiving a new alarm message belonging to a same alarm event with the buffered alarm message, wherein the operations consisting of deleting the buffered alarm message, obtaining an updated alarm message according to the new alarm message and the buffered alarm message, sending the updated alarm message to the terminal side message presentation module, and buffering the updated alarm message; and the terminal side message presentation module is used for presenting the received alarm message toward terminal equipment.
