The biomedical device comprises a measuring unit, an environment sensing unit, a data conversion unit, a microcontroller unit, a storage unit, a smart card unit, a display unit and a near-field communication unit. The biomedical device is communicated with a handheld device through the near-field communication unit and is capable of transmitting a user's personal information and biomedical data corresponding to the same to the handheld device.
