The biomedical device comprises a measuring unit, an environment sensing unit, a data conversion unit, a microcontroller unit, a storage unit, a smart card unit, a display unit and a near-field communication unit. The biomedical device is communicated with a handheld device through the near-field communication unit and is capable of transmitting a user's personal information and biomedical data corresponding to the same to the handheld device. Therefore, the biomedical device is available for multiple users, and false recording and determination of data can be avoided.
