A method for preparing the fertilizer comprises the following steps of: adding 100-120 kilograms of coal powder and 200-300 kilograms of water into a reaction kettle, and stirring; adding 3-8 kilograms of nitric acid into the reaction kettle; stirring, and heating to 55-65 DEG C; reacting for 60 minutes; adding 5-8 kilograms of sodium hydroxide or potassium carbonate; adding 10-15 kilograms of grass carbon, and stirring; heating to 70-85 DEG C; reacting for 60 minutes; adding 2-5 kilograms of diammonium hydrogen phosphate; stirring; adding remaining materials; and granulating.
