The spraying and coating combined complex tissue organ manufacturing system comprises a multi-nozzle spraying unit, a three-dimensional movement unit, a forming table, a forming table gesture adjustment device, a temperature control device, a sterilization device, a shell, a bracket and a control unit, wherein the multi-nozzle spraying unit is arranged on the three-dimensional movement unit; the forming table is arranged on the top of the forming table gesture adjustment unit; under the control of the control unit, the nozzles are capable of moving according to set paths and coating according to set orders; and relative angles between central shafts of the nozzles and the surface of the forming table can be changed, so that the manufacturing of complicated curved surfaces is convenient.
