The invention relates to an information processing system used for urban agriculture comprehensive evaluation, which includes an input module, a storage module, an evaluation processing module and an output module, wherein the input module is used for acquiring evaluation indexes and corresponding evaluation values; the storage module is used for storing a priori knowledge template, an evaluation index set, an evaluation reference threshold value and rule set, and historical data; the evaluation processing module is used for generating an evaluation result according to the basic evaluation indexes and the corresponding evaluation values, which are acquired by the input module, as well as the priori knowledge template, the evaluation index set, the evaluation reference threshold value and rule set and the historical data, which are stored by the storage module; and the output module is used for outputting the evaluation result generated by the evaluation processing module. Compared with the prior art, the information processing system used for the urban agriculture comprehensive evaluation automatically constructs an index system and calls the index algorithm, so that dynamic multilevel information processing can be carried out for indexes of the urban agriculture, and the comprehensive result can be obtained.
