The invention discloses a composition for preventing main diseases of rice. The composition is composed of thifluzamide, validamycin and prochloraz, and a mass ratio of the thifluzamide, the validamycin and the prochloraz is 1:5:2 or 1:5:5. The thifluzamide and the validamycin are mixed according to a proportion of 1:5 to serve as a bacteriacide composition, ternary compounding is carried out on the bacteriacide composition and the prochloraz according to different proportions, and results prove that bacteriostatic effects are best when the the thifluzamide, the validamycin and the prochloraz are compounded according to a proportion of 1:5:2. On the basis, the bacteriacide composition, namely a 16% thifluzamide-validamycin-prochloraz suspending agent is prepared to be used for preventing the main diseases of the rice, wherein a content of the thifluzamide is 2%, a content of the validamycin si 10%, and a content of the prochloraz is 4%. The bacteriacide composition can effectively prevent the main diseases of the rice such as rice sheath blight diseases, rice blasts and false smuts.
