The energy source device comprises a solar energy device and a wind power device; the energy storage unit comprises a wind and solar hybrid controller, the wind and solar hybrid controller is set with protecting parameters, the solar energy device and the wind power device are controlled and managed by the wind and solar hybrid controller and charge the storage battery stack, so that electric energy is stored in the storage battery stack; the control device comprises an inverter and used for realizing two-way conversion between alternating current and direct current; the inverter is connected with the storage battery stack and output energy to the household electric appliances.
