Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent analysis service migration method and a device. The invention provides a video management server applied to a monitoring system, wherein the video management server comprises a configuration receiving unit, a service control unit and a result collection unit, wherein the configuration receiving unit is used for receiving the migration configuration of intelligent analysis service of front-end coding equipment, which is issued by a user through a management channel; the service control unit is used for notifying rear-end decoding equipment to take over at least one intelligent analysis service of the front-end coding equipment according to the migration configuration when the front-end coding equipment sends a scene stream to the rear-end decoding equipment; and the result collection unit is used for receiving an intelligent analysis result reported by the rear-end decoding equipment, and sends the intelligent analysis result to the user. According to the intelligent analysis service migration method and the device, control service, such as intelligent analysis, can be dispatched by the video management server, and computation resources restricted on the rear-end decoding equipment are fully utilized.
