Embodiment 1

[0019] Example 1: Laboratory phosphorus solubilization test of FXW-HS7A strain.

[0020] Phosphate Solubilizing Medium A: Glucose 10g, Ca 3 (PO 4 ) 2 5g, MgCl 2 5g, KCl 0.2g, MgSO 4 ·7H 2 O 0.25g, (NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 0.1g, distilled water 1000mL, pH 7.0.

[0021] Phospholytic medium B: with hydroxyapatite (Ca 10 (PO 4 ) 6 (OH) 2 ) instead of Ca in phosphate-dissolving medium A 3 (PO 4 ) 2 , the other components and contents are the same.

[0022] Phospholytic medium C: ferric phosphate (FePO 4 4H 2 O) instead of Ca in phosphate-dissolving medium A 3 (PO 4 ) 2 , the other components and contents are the same.

[0023] Phospholytic medium D: aluminum phosphate (AlPO 4 ) instead of Ca in phosphate-dissolving medium A 3 (PO 4 ) 2 , the other components and contents are the same.

[0024] Inoculate the activated FXW-HS7A strain into NA medium (beef extract 3g, peptone 10g, sodium chloride 5g, distilled water 1000mL, pH 7.2~7.4), shake culture at 28°C for 18~24h...

Embodiment 2

[0026] Example 2: FXW-HS7A greenhouse pot experiment.

[0027] After activating the strain FXW-HS7A, use an inoculation loop to pick a small amount of bacteria and inoculate it into a 100mL Erlenmeyer flask containing 50mL of NA medium (3g of beef extract, 10g of peptone, 5g of sodium chloride, 1000mL of distilled water, pH 7.2~7.4). Culture at 29°C with shaking at 200r / min for 48h. Centrifuge the fermentation broth (4°C, 6000r / min) for 5 min, rinse the bacteria with sterile normal saline for 3 times, adjust the bacterial suspension with sterile normal saline (10 8 cfu / ml) to make the inoculant. Inoculate Chinese sweetgum (seedling age 1 year), with the same amount of sterile saline as the control, the inoculation amount is 5mL / plant of seedlings. 10 replicates per treatment were placed in the greenhouse for unified management, the light was 12h / day, and watering was timely.

[0028] The growth of sweetgum sweetgum 150 days after inoculation is shown in Table 1. It can be s...

Abstract

The invention discloses pseudomonas fluorescens FXW-HS7A with a classification name of the pseudomonas fluorescens. The pseudomonas fluorescens is preserved in China Typical Culture Collection Centre and has a preservation number of CCTCCM 2012260. The invention further discloses an application of the pseudomonas fluorescens for promoting growth of a Chinese sweetgum. In a condition of liquid shake-flask culture, bacterial strains disclosed by the invention have strong dissolving effects for insoluble phosphates such as tricalcium phosphate, iron phosphate, aluminium phosphate and hydroxyapatite; the bacterial stains are prepared into a fungicide, and the fungicide is inoculated in a Chinese sweetgum seedling; results indicate that the fungicide can obviously promote the growth of the Chinese sweetgum; and therefore, the pseudomonas fluorescens and the application of the pseudomonas fluorescens for promoting the growth of the Chinese sweetgum disclosed by the invention can provide an excellent bacterial strain resource for developing a special microbial fertilizer for the Chinese sweetgum in future.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of microbial fertilizers in the field of biological fertilizers, and in particular relates to a Chinese sweetgum rhizosphere high-efficiency phosphorus-solubilizing pseudomonas fluorescens and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] Chinese sweetgum (Liquidambar formosana) is a tall deciduous tree of the genus Liquidambar of the Hamameliaceae Liquidambar subfamily. It is an important native tree species in my country and an excellent fast-growing deciduous broad-leaved tree species in subtropical regions. It has wide adaptability and rapid growth, and is a typical pioneer tree species in barren hills. It has obvious effect of maintaining soil fertility and good ecological benefits. It is one of the preferred tree species for plantation tree species structure adjustment, and it is also a tree species with great potential for afforestation and greening. It plays an important role in ornamental, ...
