Efficient phosphate-solubilizing penicillium pinophilum of laxus malrel rhizosphere and application thereof

The invention discloses efficient phosphate-solubilizing penicillium pinophilum of laxus malrel rhizosphere. The classified name of the efficient phosphate-solubilizing penicillium pinophilum of laxus malrel rhizosphere is penicillium pinophilum CBW10, and the penicillium pinophilum is collected in the CCTCC (China Center for Type Culture Collection) and has the collection number of CCTCC No.M2011136. The invention also discloses application of the efficient phosphate-solubilizing penicillium pinophilum of laxus malrel rhizosphere to accelerating the growth of the laxus malrel. The bacterial strain disclosed by the invention has stronger dissolving effects on difficultly-soluble phosphates, such as tricalcium phosphate, ferric phosphate, aluminum phosphate, Jinping powdered rock phosphate in Jiangsu and hydroxyapatite; and the bacterial strain is prepared into microbial inoculums which are respectively inoculated into cuttage seedlings and seedling plants of the laxus malrel and the result shows that the bacterial strain can obviously accelerate the growth and development of the cuttage seedlings and seedling plants of the laxus malrel. Therefore, according to the invention, good bacterial strain resources can be supplied to develop a special microorganism fertilizer of the laxus malrel in the future.

Enterobacter ludwigii PN6 and application thereof

The invention discloses enterobacter ludwigii PN6 and application thereof. The classification name of the strain is Enterobacter ludwigii with a strain number of PN6, the strain is collected in the China Center for Type Culture Collection and has a collection number of CCTCC NO: M 2019881. The strain PN6 screened from a Phyllostachys edulis root system has an obvious anti-bacteria function for a pathogenic bacterium, i.e., C .phyllostachydis, of the shoot blight of Phyllostachys edulis, a fermentation liquor inhibition rate of the strain PN6 can be 49.28%, and in addition, the strain PN6 has acapacity of efficiently dissolving phosphorus and secreting IAA (indole-3-acetic acid). The strain PN6 disclosed by the invention has an acceleration function for the growth of Phyllostachys edulis,an experiment data displays that a liquid fungicide prepared from the PN6 has an obvious growth promotion function for growth indexes, including the ground diameter, the seedling height, the chlorophyll and the like of the Phyllostachys edulis, in addition, the stress resistance of the Phyllostachys edulis can be increased, and an occurrence probability of the shoot blight of Phyllostachys edulisis reduced. Therefore, the invention provides an excellent strain resource for developing an environmentally-friendly special biofertilizer for the Phyllostachys edulis.

Bacillus cereus and application thereof to improve plant drought-resistant capability

The invention discloses a strain of bacillus cereus which is preserved in China General Microbiology Center of Committee for Culture Collection of Microorganisms since 31st December, 2014, and the preservation number is CGMCC No. 7069. The bacillus cereus L90 provided by the invention is capable of improving the drought resistant capability of juglans regia. Experiment research shows that after the bacillus cereus provided by the invention is inoculated to the surround of juglans regia roots and juglans regia is stressed by drought for a certain time, juglans regia is substantially improved in bacterial community structure diversity in rhizosphere soil compared with juglans regia inoculated with common growth-promoting bacteria, the leaf relative water content and the water utilization efficiency are improved, and the drought resistance of the plant is enhanced. Therefore, the bacillus cereus provided by the invention or a bacterium preparation by taking bacillus cereus as a raw material can be used as an inoculation agent and applied to drought environment, and the bacillus cereus provided by the invention helps to provides an excellent bacterial strain resource for improving the drought resistance of juglans regia.

The invention discloses salinicola zeshunii JP11 with salt-tolerant and growth-promoting functions. The strain is deposited in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on September 14, 2021 and has the deposit number of CGMCC No.23407. The invention also discloses use of the salinicola zeshunii in relieving an inhibition effect of salt stress on rice growth and a liquid culture medium suitable for fermentation by the strain. Experiments confirm that the salinicola zeshunii JP11 has various growth promoting characteristics such as dissolving potassium and dissolving and solubilizing phosphorus, high salt tolerance and a wide salt tolerance spectrum. A bacterial solution prepared by using the JP11 can improve salt tolerance and growth promoting of rice, accelerates a seedling growth and increases biomass under salt stress, and thus promotes rice germination and seedling growth. Meanwhile, the provided JP11 can increase the content of soluble potassium in the soil to 25.4% and the content of soluble phosphorus in the soil to 45.9%, thus effectively improves a utilization rate of the soil and provides an excellent strain resource for saline-alkali farmland soil remediation.
