The invention discloses an application of
rhodococcus diploides in treatment of waste water containing
isophorone, the
rhodococcus diploides is classified and named as
Rhodococcus tectodiphilus, the strain number is GXGD-YZ-2510, and the preservation number is GDMCC No: 67304. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the
rhodococcus diploides. The strain shows good growth
metabolism activity and
isophorone degradation efficiency in a high-salt aerobic environment. Under the conditions that the
system salinity is 1 wt%, the initial
isophorone concentration is 200 mg / L, and the dissolved
oxygen is 3-5 mg / L, the removal rate of the strain on the isophorone reaches 78.6%. The strain not only has excellent salt
stress resistance, but also can realize efficient
bioconversion of isophorone under high-salt aerobic conditions, and effectively solves the technical
bottleneck that isophorone in high-salt
wastewater in the industries of
petrochemical engineering,
chemical engineering,
pharmacy and the like is difficult to biochemically treat; the method has the remarkable advantages of being thorough in degradation, low in cost,
environmentally friendly, high in process adaptability and the like, and a novel strain resource and an industrialization technical scheme are provided for biological treatment of high-
salinity wastewater of
refractory organic pollutants.
