The invention further relates to a bacillus paramushroom preparation for biodegrading uric acid. The bacillus paramushroom preparation contains one or more of bacterial cells, spores and crude enzyme of the bacillus. Research results show that the bacillus for biodegrading uric acid and the enzyme produced by the bacillus are safe to human bodies, can efficiently biodegrade uric acid, and have important application prospects in the aspects of removing uric acid and treating human body hyperuricemia and corresponding complications.
