The composting method aims at solving the problems that in the aerobic fermentation process, the conventional bottom ventilation method causes obvious uneven fermentation at the upper part and the lower part of a stacking body in a fermentation device, thus quality stability and uniformity of the fermented product are affected. The method does not need to use an organic solvent as a decomposing liquid, but uses water as the decomposing liquid, thus the method has low cost and is pollution-free to the environment; and the method can achieve the aims of waste regeneration and utilization as well as environmental protection.

Compared with a conventional cement clinker production process, the cement clinker production process disclosed by the invention has the advantage that the emission amount of CO2 is reduced by 60-75%.

The two-phase anaerobic treatment device has small invest cost, is simple to operate and can be applied to upgrading and reconstruction of an existing two-phase anaerobic technology to resist impact of high organic load wastewater.
