The invention provides a method for recovering fiber from an epoxy resin / fiber composite material, which comprises the following steps: mixing the first epoxy resin / fiber composite material with reaction mother liquor for obtaining a first mixed material; heating the mixed material for decomposing the first epoxy resin / fiber composite material; and recovering the fiber from decomposition products of the first epoxy resin / fiber composite material, wherein the reaction mother liquor comprises phenolic compounds, water and a catalyst; and the catalyst in the reaction mother liquor is an alkali metal hydroxide. The method adopts the solvent decomposition method for decomposing the epoxy resin / fiber composite material without the need of carrying out breaking or smashing and other pretreatment on the epoxy resin / fiber composite material, thereby reducing the impacts on the mechanical properties of the fiber, reducing the loss of the mechanical properties of the fiber, being more conductive to carrying out plastic injection molding, hot compression molding or making into non-woven fabric for further application. Simultaneously, the method provided by the invention can realize higher decomposition efficiency of resin and lower cost.

The invention relates to a method for making landscape plant waste compost inoculum and an application of the same. The method is as follows: bacillus subtilis, trichoderma viride, lactobacillus plantarum, paracoccus denitrification, aspergillus oryzae and saccharomyces cerevisiae respectively occupying 10 to 20 mass portions are inoculated in a solid state fermentation medium so as to carry out cultivation and fermentation in dark sealing for 1 to 3 weeks at a temperature of between 25 and 30 DEG C; one week later, 250 mass portions of saw dust is added and evenly stirred and then cultivation and fermentation are continued; two weeks later, hay is placed to absorb surplus moisture and then is removed, and powdery inoculum can be obtained through drying in the shade for further use. Garden wastes are piled up and then are inoculated with inoculum with the weight occupying 1 to 3 per mill of that of a pile and dipped in warm water at a temperature of between 30 and 40 DEG C; compost is carried out at a temperature of between 55 and 65 DEG C, and pile turning and water replenishing are carried out every 3 to 4 days; then, pile turning and water replenishing are carried out every two weeks so as to keep pile water content of between 50 and 60 percent; thus, compost is completed after three weeks so as to reach to rotten innocuity standards. The strain has simple making and low cost, and can be directly used or bred continuously; moreover, the strain has no variation, no inactivation and long storage period, and the obtained compost can improve soil and increase nutrient utilization rate.

The invention discloses a two-phase anaerobic treatment device based on magnetite and activated carbon reinforcement. The device is provided with an acidizing phase barrel body, a methane production phase barrel body and a stirring machine. Technological steps of the device comprises slowly adding FeCl3 and FeCl2 mixture into HCl solution, adjusting pH of mixed solution to be 6.5 to 7.5 through NaOH solution and obtaining black suspension precipitation namely magnetite; adding the magnetite into a suspension sludge area in an acidizing phase device and sealing the device; adding coal-quality columnar activated carbon into an activated carbon filling layer in a methane production phase device and sealing the device; respectively controlling hydraulic retention time of the acidizing phase device and the methane production phase device and pH and temperature in the devices. The two-phase anaerobic treatment device disclosed by the invention has the following effects of reinforcing acidizing phase complex organism decomposition, improving hydrolytic acidizing efficiency, quickening methane production phase organic aid and alcohol matter metabolism, maintaining acidity balance in the methane production phase and having an obvious effect of improving methane yield. The two-phase anaerobic treatment device has small invest cost, is simple to operate and can be applied to upgrading and reconstruction of an existing two-phase anaerobic technology to resist impact of high organic load wastewater.

Method for preparing crystal whisker of calcium sulphate, and phosphonic acid

This invention discloses a method for preparing calcium sulfate whiskers and phosphoric acid. The method comprises: phosphate ore decomposition, slurry filtration and separation, calcium sulfate whisker crystallization, separating, washing and drying. The method adds composite additive A during the during phosphate ore decomposition process, and adds composite additive B during calcium sulfate whisker crystallization process to form calcium sulfate whiskers and phosphoric acid. Composite additive A is composed of humic acid and diatomite at a ratio of 1:(2-10). Composite additive B is composed of sodium dodecyl sulfonate and sulfate or phosphate of magnesium and aluminum at a ratio of (2-5):1. The addition amount of composite additive A is 0.5-5.0% of phosphate ore. The addition amount of composite additive B is 0.1-2.0% of theoretical formation amount of calcium sulfate whiskers. The method has such advantages as adequate utilization of raw materials, low solid waste discharge amount, and low production cost.
