Embodiment 1

[0017] Example 1: Laboratory phosphorus solubilization test of CBW10 strain.

[0018] Phosphate Solubilizing Medium A: Glucose 10g, Ca 3 (PO 4 ) 2 5g, MgCl 2 5g, KCl 0.2g, MgSO 4 .7H 2 O 0.25g, (NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 0.1g, distilled water 1000mL, pH 7.0.

[0019] Phospholytic medium B: with hydroxyapatite (Ca 10 (PO 4 ) 6 (OH) 2 ) instead of Ca in phosphate-dissolving medium A 3 (PO 4 ) 2 , the other components and contents are the same.

[0020] Phospholytic medium C: ferric phosphate (FePO 4 4H 2 O) instead of Ca in phosphate-dissolving medium A 3 (PO 4 ) 2 , the other components and contents are the same.

[0021] Phospholytic medium D: aluminum phosphate (AlPO 4 ) instead of Ca in phosphate-dissolving medium A 3 (PO 4 ) 2 , the other components and contents are the same.

[0022] Phosphorus-dissolving medium E: use Jiangsu Jinping phosphate rock powder instead of Ca in phosphate-dissolving medium A 3 (PO 4 ) 2 , the other components and contents are...

Embodiment 2

[0025] Embodiment 2: CBW10 greenhouse pot test:

[0026] After the bacterial strain CBW10 was activated on a PDA plate, the spore suspension was prepared with physiological saline (10 8 cfu / mL) as the inoculum. Inoculate Taxus chinensis (seedling age 60 days), with the same amount of sterile saline as the control, and the inoculation amount is 5 mL / plant of seedlings. 6 replicates per treatment were placed in the greenhouse for unified management, the light was 12h / day, and watering was timely.

[0027] The growth of the southern yew 150 days after inoculation is shown in Table 1. It can be seen that the inoculation of CBW10 can significantly promote the growth of the southern yew seedlings. Compared with the control (CK), the growth rate of seedling height and stem diameter of the treatment inoculated with CBW10 reached 20.57% and 11.56%, respectively, and the growth promoting effect was remarkable.

Abstract

The invention discloses efficient phosphate-solubilizing penicillium pinophilum of laxus malrel rhizosphere. The classified name of the efficient phosphate-solubilizing penicillium pinophilum of laxus malrel rhizosphere is penicillium pinophilum CBW10, and the penicillium pinophilum is collected in the CCTCC (China Center for Type Culture Collection) and has the collection number of CCTCC No.M2011136. The invention also discloses application of the efficient phosphate-solubilizing penicillium pinophilum of laxus malrel rhizosphere to accelerating the growth of the laxus malrel. The bacterial strain disclosed by the invention has stronger dissolving effects on difficultly-soluble phosphates, such as tricalcium phosphate, ferric phosphate, aluminum phosphate, Jinping powdered rock phosphate in Jiangsu and hydroxyapatite; and the bacterial strain is prepared into microbial inoculums which are respectively inoculated into cuttage seedlings and seedling plants of the laxus malrel and the result shows that the bacterial strain can obviously accelerate the growth and development of the cuttage seedlings and seedling plants of the laxus malrel. Therefore, according to the invention, good bacterial strain resources can be supplied to develop a special microorganism fertilizer of the laxus malrel in the future.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of microbial fertilizers in the field of biological fertilizers, and in particular relates to a high-efficiency Penicillium phospholyticus pinophilum in the rhizosphere of the southern yew and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] Southern yew (Taxus chinensis var.mairei) is a plant of the genus Taxus in the family Taxaceae. It is widely distributed in mountainous areas with an altitude of 600m to 1200m in some parts of southern my country. Shanxi is the northern limit of the growth of this plant. Its canopy is beautiful, the material is hard, and it is not rotted when it is wet. It is a precious tree species that combines ornamental, material, and medicinal uses. Moreover, the southern yew is a unique tree species in China, a tertiary relic tree species and a rare tree species under national first-class protection, and is one of the main sources of the new anti-cancer natural drug Taxol (Tax...
